Well, after the Yankees got off to a real great 1st inning and Mike Mussina seemed bound for his AL lead-tying 11th win, rain poured down and ruined it all. The statistics of Jeter, Damon, Alex Rodriguez, and the others won’t count. Dang the luck! Plus, all the other AL EAST contenders won today…this stinks badly. If we manage to beat the Mets in the two games of the doubleheader, we’ll surely get back on track. Ah well…
